Other Questions

What is the membership cancellation policy for Power Alliance?
Memberships may be canceled at any time, but access will remain active until the end of the current annual term. Members will receive a notification via email 30 days prior to the renewal date. Refunds will not be issued for unused months or partial terms. If your membership is not canceled before renewal, it will automatically renew for the next annual term.
